Empowering growth-Activity sharing session

In order to cultivate team spirit, improve team collaboration ability, cohesion and execution, enhance mutual communication and understanding. on November 3, the company organized team leaders and above to carry out empowering growth-activity sharing session.

This sharing training session was led by Lu Xujie, Manager of Production Department of Manufacturing Center, and Chu Hao, Chief of Assembly Section of Manufacturing Center. Share their experience after participating in the "Wolf Soul" expansion training for three days and two nights as company representatives.

From the four perspectives of first sight, team, responsibility, and gratitude. Chu Hao, the assembly section chief of the manufacturing center, shared his insights, thoughts from participating in the outreach training: you must pay attention to methods when you do everything; after setting goals, you must Perseverance and efficient completion; a clear understanding of the responsibilities of the team, and work hard for it; leaders must have leadership, cohesion, appeal, team members must have execution and catfish effect.

From the perspective of work. Lu Xujie, the manager of the production department of the manufacturing center, explained the application of the training gains to the work. Emphasized explanations were made in many aspects such as realization methods, cultural construction, and personal promotion.

Two important points were elaborated on the team formation:
