The expansion valve is used to control the conversion of high-pressure liquid refrigerant to gaseous state. The effect of the evaporator box is just opposite to that of the condenser. At this time, the evaporator absorbs the heat of the outside air, and then cool air can be sent to the cabin through the fan and pipeline.
When the air conditioning refrigeration system switch is turned on. The air conditioner compressor starts to run and sends the refrigerant to the evaporator, which is cooled by the refrigerant. Then it cools the air from the blower. When the air temperature becomes higher, the moisture in the air increases. When the air temperature becomes lower, the moisture in the air decreases. As it passes through the evaporator, the air is cooled. The moisture in the air will condense and adhere to the heat sink of the evaporator, and the moisture in the car will be removed at this time. The water attached to the heat sink becomes dew and is stored in the drip tray. Finally, the water drained out of the car through drain hose.
