The center of the groove on the rotor does not pass through the center of the rotor, but is inclined at an angle to allow the blades can slide freely in the inclined groove of the rotor. The reason why the blade is in the oblique groove is to minimize the resistance when the blade moves along the rotor groove, so that to improve the free sliding condition of the blade in the groove. The high-pressure lubricating oil enters the groove from the bottom surface of the groove, so that the blade contacts the curved surface of the cylinder body in a floating form to achieve sealing, which not only reduces the elastic force of the sealing spring, but also improves the wear resistance of the blade. At the same time, the effect of centrifugal force on the unconstrained blades can also enhance the reliability of the contact surface sealing.
