With a heating output of 5000W, the new diesel air heater delivers warm air shortly after ignition. An optimized air-duct design spreads heat quickly and evenly through the cabin, so the front seats and the sleeper berth warm up together — no more cold feet and a hot head.

The heater runs with the engine switched off. Compared with idling a truck engine for cab heating, it saves significant fuel, reduces engine wear and lowers emissions — a cost saving for operators and a cleaner solution for emission-sensitive markets.

Kyocera Spark Plug: Faster Ignition, Longer Service Life

The ignition system uses a Kyocera (Japan) spark plug, delivering faster ignition in cold weather, more complete combustion and a longer service life. This sharply reduces first-start ignition failures in winter — the reliability point customers in cold regions care about most.

Thermostat Control: 8–36°C, 10 Adjustable Levels

An integrated thermostat control system maintains temperatures from 8°C to 36°C, with 1–10 adjustable levels of power and airflow. Once the target temperature is set, the heater holds it automatically — no overheating, no constant on/off cycling — for consistent cabin comfort and better fuel economy.

Bluetooth App + Remote Control: Pre-Warm Before You Walk Out

The heater supports both Bluetooth App control and a remote control. From the sleeper berth or from outside the truck, drivers can switch the heater on, set the temperature and choose a level before driving off — stepping into a warm cab on the coldest morning. The App shows live temperature and supports scheduled start-up, with no extra wiring required.

2.5m Aluminum Foil Duct: Route the Heat Where You Need It

A 2.5-meter aluminum foil duct is supplied as standard. It bends freely to direct warm air to the cab, the sleeper berth or a work area — flexible installation, one unit, many uses.
